After creating your order and clicking “submit” on customcondoms.com, you have up to 1 hour to cancel or change your artwork. 

Due to the intimate nature of sexual health products and health regulations regarding medical devices, we are unable to accept product returns. 

If you ordered online at customcondoms.com and received product that is damaged during shipping, please email info@customcondoms.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at info@customcondoms.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will work with you to provide solutions depending on the request.
